Founder & Principal

FaMiBi Group Inc. was founded by Godwin Ezizor, a highly skilled, purpose-driven, and multidisciplinary leader whose experience spans ministry leadership, operational management, strategic thinking, and international engagement.

With a solid foundation in operations, engineering, and ministry, Godwin has excelled in roles that demanded operational efficiency, safety, quality standards, and strong collaborative relationships. His professional background and expertise include operations management, risk assessment, team development, health and safety compliance, and stakeholder engagement, including experience in operational and technical environments where disciplined execution, accountability, process awareness, and sound decision-making are essential.

Over the course of his career, Godwin has served in a range of leadership roles across operational management, ministry leadership, public engagement, and international initiatives spanning more than 22 nations. His work is characterized by a commitment to thoughtful leadership and practical solutions that help organizations move from complexity to clarity.

Alongside this, his longstanding involvement in ministry, leadership development, and public engagement has deepened his understanding of people, purpose, process, communication, and transformational leadership.

This rare combination of operational discipline and leadership engagement across diverse contexts—from technical industries to pastoral leadership and international outreach—has shaped a leadership perspective that blends strategic clarity, relational insight, and practical execution.

In addition to leading the FaMiBi Group, he serves in pastoral leadership and remains actively engaged in teaching, speaking, mentoring, and community impact. As principal, Godwin personally leads every engagement, ensuring direct access to his full expertise, undivided focus, and tailored solutions that drive efficiency, resilience, and sustainable impact for leaders and organizations worldwide.
